We are committed to providing quality products to our customers.  While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Au Naturel Signature Hair purchase, we can’t accept returns on cosmetics for hygienic and sanitary reasons.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive an item that is broken or damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 days. Once we receive proof of damage, we will promptly ship a replacement order. Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking and insurance. We need a picture of the damage and timely reporting to file a claim.
