The beauty of hair is that it comes in various lengths and textures.  Your hair regime depends on your unique hair texture and preferred styles.  We recommend you start with freshly washed hair.  Towel dry your hair and apply Au Naturel Hair Signature Leave-In Conditioner to your hair and scalp. This special blend of herbs and spices feeds your hair follicles and balances your hair to accelerate growth.  Do NOT RINSE OUT. Style your hair as usual.  To add moisture to your hair, use Au Naturel Signature Hair moisturizer or Au Naturel Hair Signature Oil. Again, your hair texture will dictate how much to use.  For thinning hair, balding spots, and breaking edges, spray Au Naturel Hair Signature Leave-In Conditioner directly on the troubled location, twice per week in-between shampoos.  Message the area for 60 seconds and continue with styling.

This question depends on a number of variables…your hair’s texture, the length, the style you are wearing, and your hair’s absorption rate. Some clients prefer a lighter touch to moisturizer, so they prefer Au Naturel Hair Signature Hair Oil. While other clients favor a more substantial moisturizer, Au Naturel Hair Signature Moisturizer. A large percentage of clients use both moisturizing products to maintain their scalp and hair.     

We use natural and organic ingredients.  We use only a 2% preservative in Au Naturel Leave-In Conditioner for shelf life.  Due to the nature of the ingredients, the consistency and scent may differ slightly from batch to batch.

People have allergies and sensitivities to herbs and spices.  Although we have researched and worked hard to formulate a balanced hair solution, you may have an adverse reaction.  If you develop hives or notice scalp irritation after utilizing our product, discontinue use.  Shampooing your hair and scalp neutralizes the reaction in most cases.  If not, please seek medical attention. 

We use priority USPS shipping which takes only 3-4 days for delivery. Your order will actually ship on average anywhere from 1-2 business days. The majority of our clients receive their orders within a week of ordering. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email so you can track your package. 

If your package just shipped, please allow at least one to two business days for the carrier to update their site with all tracking information.
